Supposedly CUSE' Fans are fed up and shocked with the Poor QB play of Greg Paulus. I would HARDLY find that SHOCKING. The guy has been out of serious football and the Syracuse area for over 4 years. I mean, he is a tremendous athlete to play ACC basketball then big east Football. But still what did we expect? He has started all 8 games and has 10 TD passes 11 INTs 1377 yards with a 127.4 QB rating. CUSE is 3-5 (0-3). I mean this isn't all Paulus fault. Syracuse hasn't been competitive in years so we can't shovel it all on him.
Cuse' big sport is Basketball.... Which today lost to DII LeMoyne 82-79 in an exhibition. It doesn't count but still.... this was a "tune- up"

Just because "CUSE", as you refer to them, has not been good for the past few years, does not mean they couldn't be good this year. To say Paulus should not be blamed because Syracuse has been bad as of late is not a valid claim. Yes Syracuse has played poorly for the better part of this decade but that does not mean that they didn't have a chance pre-season to have a successful 2009 season. Paulus' quarterback play has been poor and has along with other things, contributed to Syracuse's sub-par season. Any one can make foolish sports arguments at a bar, however not everone is cut out to write about sports.
